What did you like most about the interview process?
That they asked very casual but also very specific questions, which did make me sweat a little, but an interview should never be a piece of cake!
Remove bias. Allow hiring managers to submit offers with VPs getting in the way.
For me personally the interviewer was quite nice.

It is very negative. Make the place look less like Garbage.

The process was quite easy overall and didn't seriously test my engineering knowledge. The architectural interview problem was deliberately poorly defined and didn't provide much signal. Managers didn't know how to evaluate tech, so they just asked about Agile. Everyone was very friendly.
