Worst place to work. I wont recomment anyone to work with R and P. They will hire for you as permanent employess for short term projects and relieve you once project ends. The leadership dont have a clear direction set. They just use you as tools.

i've been working here almost a year, amazing company! Such talented people, everyone will go the extra mile to help you when you need it and solve tough problems. They are doing a ton of work to improve the employee experience, lots of benefits additions and structural changes as they're growing.

It used to be better until 2019 but its a very reactive company. Practice Leads and HR reaches out to employees with better pay and role only when someone resigns.

They actually listen and care about employees. They take feedback really seriously and always seem to be working hard to work out the best solutions

They were thoughtful and purpose-driven before

Much better than you'd expect for a smaller company

New employees get 4 weeks paid leave while others 3 weeks

Everyone seems to genuinely care, about co-workers and the work. Some absolutely fantastic people

The team and supportive environment, not a blame culture at all people just work together to find solutions and love to give credit

Purpose driven and employees needs to be heard. Entire leadership sits out of US and calls them N. AMerican

The longer process made me think they must have really high standards, which they do, and then it felt good when I was chosen to meet those high standards.
