What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to conversation about anything
They are accessible and engaging. I know when I mention something they pay attention
I like that my manager comes in and says hello to all and not just head to the office.
They are very efficient and know what they are doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything there’s a reason people hate working the
They dont have a clue what their jobs are. A Sr VP of operations who is never in stores, Sr VP of buying who is just pushing is horrible agenda through, and a CEO bean counter who holds nobody in leadership accountable. They are in a free fall
People skills, treat every employee with the same respect that their inner circle receives

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is profit sharing for all

None because we don't have a compensation package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No amount of money takes place of respect and dignity
Feel undervalued cause of how treated and being set up to fail
Just to be repiled to not ignored
Pay that you deserve, a chance to advance in company and respect
They should not have fired me for calling out sick, accusing me of lying and being unreliable. Lies to my face and illegally signed my friend up to a different position than desired.

We were all in the same boat trying to have fun where there is none.
They are nice and arn't rude to me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not enough space especially when your do workers are just as bad as management especially employee JS

Some need to work as a team, and need to grow sales and not control them. Then again, leadership treats us like children so why bother trying to be better
To be honest the coworkers that work on floor are amazing the hr side need to be hr and not for the company thay ate there for us workers not the company
It starts at the top so I would say company over hail
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the other coworkers are positive
Nothing except getting to leave
Most are friendly and kind
Interdepartment friends/ coworkwers. Always available to help each other out.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop misleading people and when they apply for certain dept , dont throw them in another one that they didnt sign up for
Try to actually listen to applicants and don’t just put an employee number on them and throw them to the wol

The Customers and learning new skills
Getting paid for doing less work than most jobs need me to do.
