It was hard to believe it was an interview. Most of the interviews felt like friendly conversations. Everyone was down-to-earth.

By far the most pleasant interview experience I've ever had. It felt thorough, while also not feeling like a hassle or like I was trying to be tricked with abstract questions

The interview process, from the day I applied to the day I accepted my offer, was less than 2 weeks. I felt that the RocketReach team was moving quickly and was very respectful of my time as an interviewer, and that's when I knew that they genuinely care.
It felt very natural and not like you had to answer just to impress the interviewer.
During the interview process, I was given the option to speak with anyone on the team that I felt would provide me with in-depth knowledge of the culture. Most interviews are pre mapped out and you don't get to choose who you speak to.
