What are some of the best things about your team?
Each member is qualified, ready to jump in and help and we all work together seamlessly creating a fun and collaborative daily routine. Feedback is given and received with respect and positivity and we are all looking to grow and serve our customers to the best of our ability.
One of the best things about my team is that we are all really eager to help each other out where we can. There really are no egos here and it makes work so fun.
We're all there to support each other in whatever ways we need.
Everyone is so willing to drop what they are doing and help each other out.
Open-minded, thoughtful, collaborative. I laugh a lot with my team and we always make sure to carve time to check in with each other about how we're doing outside of work. I feel comfortable sharing my needs and my boundaries around work/life balance are respected.
