Learning and pay is good but after a period of time, both of them slow down.

Terrible. The company in the USA is ruining the brand of R&S. This is especially true of the service department in the US. The current Director of service cares only for his favored few. Regardless of one's achievements in the company, unless you are one if the favored few you will not advance.

My salary and my studies

Base pay with benefits are excellent.

I am undervaled based on how i have been treated during my tenure of Rohde & Schwarz. Nothing can be done short of a significant raise to convince me i am fairly compensated.

They are not the director of service fir North America.
