The leadership team needs to get better at listening to and trusting their employees on timelines for deliverables, and put into action suggested product improvements made internally.
Supporting employees. Providing necessary resources. Listening to experts to prevent make impossible commitments to clients.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone should know the product and it's features well enough to speak to it and troubleshoot basic configuration issues. This has not been the case.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They should compensate technical staff better and be more transparent.
Meritocracy with management by fact, not rumor/ favorite clique.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Product knowledge is lacking so people do not sound confident when speaking to customers. There needs to be more of a formal training program and defined expectations for new hires.
