Executive Bio
Roth Staffing Companies welcomed Brett Roth into the organization in 2008. He received his degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University before starting as a recruiter in Roth Staffing’s Corporate office. He immediately excelled at filling some of the most challenging internal technology positions.
Brett launched Ledgent Technology in 2009, a business line focused on IT and technology staff augmentation. He served as Director of the business line for four years, expanding Ledgent Technology into new markets. In 2013, Brett was promoted to Vice President of Ledgent Technology, overseeing all of the business line’s branches and rapid growth throughout the US.
Brett now serves as Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies since 2018. He continues to lead Ledgent Technology, but also spearheads many of Roth Staffing’s major companywide initiatives that improve service and communications to both Ambassadors and Clients.
