What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Red flag, when pressured to give a glowing review. Turn over is unbelievable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Decent starting base pay and good commission
Its competitive and very robust - they consider every angle of where we contribute and where there should be adjustments to better the lives of our staff.
Commission benefits and no weekly pay
Thanks for sharing your experience! Depending on the internal position at Roth Staffing, commission benefits may apply. Internal coworkers are paid every other week, while Ambassadors (those working for Roth Staffing on assignment) are paid weekly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are not competitive and don't believe in raises.
Roth prides itself on providing field coworkers “uncapped bonus earning potential” and competitive salaries within the staffing industry. Bonus eligibility begins on Day 1 and we do our best to ensure coworkers are well-compensated for their talents
What are some of the best things about your team?
They trust each other and support each other at every level - whether you have been here for 20 years or 2 months you feel a part of the team and supported
Open to supporting each other - and collaboration.
Teamwork plays a really big role. Most are easy to work with and step up when needed

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is great. It's management and leadership that's an embarrassing joke.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its ethical and everyone operates with integrity and a shared goal of creating a remarkable experience
Always coming up with new ways to stay engaged - even in a virtual, WFH environment
They pride them self on morality and ethics and it is truest to follow

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They have hired competition just to get them to sign their noncompete and let them go before 90 days to avoid paying out unemployment.
This is not our business practice. We spend significant time + resources in hiring / onboarding to find talented coworkers, aligned w/ our culture. Like many employers, we evaluate performance at 90 days and at times we must unfortunately part ways.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thorough and intentional - they took a lot of time to get to know me and gave me a ton of upfront information on what the expectations were and the direction we wanted to go
Interview process felt conversational and collaborative. Open to questions.
Talking to 3 different high level managers it gave me a feel of culture.

Fire market managers that are deceptive and hire people that care vs install fear.
