Our internal green initiative holds us accountable to do small everyday things that will impact the world around us. The focus is on informing and inspiring our coworkers, customers and candidates to make more environmentally-friendly decisions in the workplace and at home.

A few of our environmental initiatives, include:
-- Plant a Tree: A tree is planted in the name of each coworker, in partnership with the National Forest Foundation.
-- Ocean Conservancy: As part of our support for the Ocean Conservancy, Roth Staffing encourages all coworkers to pass on single-use plastic such as straws, disposable utensils, and coffee stirrers.
-- Green Office Products: We replaced office and break room supplies with more eco-friendly alternatives! Coworkers are now able to order office products from a selection of fun, green, office supplies.
-- Electronic Processes: The automation of our everyday processes through the use of technology not only makes life better for coworkers, Ambassadors and our clients but it also supports our sustainability initiative, (re)Purpose:full! Simply put, with each interview, new hire, timesheet, report, direct deposit and invoice, we are collectively making decisive, positive environmental changes.

Volunteering:
-- Our coworkers each have up to 24 volunteer hours a year during the workday to roll up their sleeves at local non-profit organizations
-- Additionally, Roth Staffing and its family of companies will invest more than $1 million into our communities via:
