In her role as Senior Vice President, Kristi serves on our senior leadership team that creates and executes the strategies that make Roth Staffing the preeminent staffing services company and a creative industry leader. All branch, market, and regional operations in the Midwest, West Central and Southeast areas of the United States roll up under Kristi’s executive leadership.
Kristi graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a BS in Health Administration. Her career in staffing began in 1989, when she joined a large national staffing firm and worked her way up through the organization, ultimately earning the role of Regional Vice President. She later served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations for a large national staffing company, responsible for driving growth and profitability for all branch and strategic account operations.
