They are not competitive and don't believe in raises.

Roth prides itself on providing field coworkers “uncapped bonus earning potential” and competitive salaries within the staffing industry. Bonus eligibility begins on Day 1 and we do our best to ensure coworkers are well-compensated for their talents

They have hired competition just to get them to sign their noncompete and let them go before 90 days to avoid paying out unemployment.

This is not our business practice. We spend significant time + resources in hiring / onboarding to find talented coworkers, aligned w/ our culture. Like many employers, we evaluate performance at 90 days and at times we must unfortunately part ways.
