Great team of like-minded people
The team is ready to learn and improve. We mostly work side by side on our own tasks but make an effort to communicate and build interpersonal communication

Interpersonal communication, but work ethic has always been great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very supportive and understanding
Everyone in the company is very polite. We have a lot of activities where we can interact. It's not customary to judge or criticize anyone in the company. If necessary, corrective feedback is provided here. They really care about the comfort of all team members.
High level of tolerance. We don't judge for mistakes, but rather learn from them

No complaints, company culture is extremely laidback
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was very straightforward, didn't have to wait long for the response
The interview process was the combination of a challenging test and the opportunity to have genuine conversations with both the team members and the founder.
