Coming up with new ideas, improving the quality of our content, checking analytics and seeing a growth in numbers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have sort of a flat structure, so there is a blurred line between the "leadership team" and the rest of the team. Yet, those who are mostly responsible for decision-making are smart, well-informed, yet considerate.
