30 to 50 extra on monthly salary every 2 yrs. as a sales person I have bonus, no commissions, based on monthly targets, not over 750 $, a month.
We need to get paid on our vacation

Company have shares available for crew but as a regular employee, its not approchable at all.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
focus on offering work conditions that meet human rights
Bough direction of analysis and feedback. No punishment and less Zero tolerance policies, more understanding and training, hard investment on health, work health, food quality consistency, bigger inversion on trainings not related direct to mandatory training, option for learning opportunities.
invest more in the employees, better hours to workload ratio

tailor questions to the position they are hiring for not just generic interviews, be clear about the position.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
tools for a better improvement on techniques for sale, acceptance of team work and better quality of working culture, grow opportunities, better interest on the management team on improve the employee quality of work life. Understanding of personality instead of numbers. Less audits, more action.
direct supervisor needs to be replaced, better transparency of information, better hours to workload ratio
