focus on offering work conditions that meet human rights
Bough direction of analysis and feedback. No punishment and less Zero tolerance policies, more understanding and training, hard investment on health, work health, food quality consistency, bigger inversion on trainings not related direct to mandatory training, option for learning opportunities.
