What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, caring leaders that like to have fun too.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership focused on their bonuses leaving a trail of bodies behinds. Ethics are malleable. Truth is relative. PE company inexperienced and greedy focused on short term game.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good insurance & time off policies

When I interviewed with the company, the culture was completely different and the interview was engaging, straight forward, and involved multiple rounds
