What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart group of individuals who are responsible for company growth. Open door policy as well.
All very smart group of individuals and reason for the growth of the company.

Great group who really takes the time to listen to all ideas.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allowing us to take on more tasks, allowing themselves for more strategic work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated fairly and given a formal performance review every year.
Consistent growth in the comp with proper performance review.
My compensation is in line with what I was looking for.
The best part of my compensation is I am paid in line with the value I add to the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RSP is a fantastic place to work. It's a laid back casual work environment where everyone works extremely hard. The only thing missing is health insurance/benefits which could be added before the end of 2018.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the definition of team work makes the dream work.
Everyone helps one another with a great attitude. Nobody works for their "department" only. Hands on teamwork.
Everyone is friendly and we all like working together.
We are all like minded people that work hard and play hard.
Just as I mentioned the family aspect for our management team, we operate similarly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Proven success in this company starts with good attitude and that's what we all share in common.
Although much work to do, it is still a laid back atmosphere with the option to dress in comfort. The gym also helps for breaks to relieve stress.
It is a results driven company with room for growth if you perform.
Not only do I have my own office, but we also have a gym and a basketball in the back for breaks.
Really hard working but casual environment where everyone is pulling on the same side of the rope to win.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More interaction between the entire team.

What makes you most happy at work?
Time flexibility and team outings. We also have food for the office brought every Friday.
Being able to work in my time as long as the work gets done.
We have a young team that strives to be our best.
The people I work with.
