RSP is a fantastic place to work. It's a laid back casual work environment where everyone works extremely hard. The only thing missing is health insurance/benefits which could be added before the end of 2018.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i'm contributing to the positive direction that RSP is headed in. It's easy to work hard and have a positive attitude when you have great management and leadership. We continue to have record setting sales months and I know I have a bright future at RSP.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RSP is a very laid-back and casual work environment. Everyone gets along really well and helps each other out. Free lunch is provided everyday plus Cuban take-out on Fridays. Another perk is everyone brings their dogs to work on Fridays which boosts morale. We also do team outings bi-monthly for fun
