We work together and help each other out all of the time. We're never in competition with each other and want to do what we can to help others succeed so we can all succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Top-tier medical benefits, for which the company pays the premiums to cover me and my family. Other benefit options are great as well - vacation days, paid parental leave, phone/internet reimbursement - and round things out. Bonus is also more than fair, and together it makes a great package!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We aim to be as diverse as possible and want to provide people with the ability to link up with other employees (we're mostly remote, so this is greatly appreciated). Most of all, whenever we get together - virtually or otherwise - we pick up where we last left off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They constructively challenge each other and are laser-focused on making decisions that grow the business so we can continue to scale AND keep people motivated. They make plans to drive our success, but they are also deeply rooted in the employee experience and journey, which is rare at that level.
