100 percent medical coverage for me and my family.

100 percent covered medical benefits.

salaries are very strong; bonus paid quarterly

Top-tier medical benefits, for which the company pays the premiums to cover me and my family. Other benefit options are great as well - vacation days, paid parental leave, phone/internet reimbursement - and round things out. Bonus is also more than fair, and together it makes a great package!

Remote work! Saves a lot in un-needed apartment & travel costs for being another head in an office.

We have a great health insurance package with an extremely low copay!

its very competitive compared to the market average. it's all salary other than options, RSUs, stocks, etc which havent been fruitful for me at other companies.

Lack of equity is offset by higher-than-average salary/bonus structure. Home Office stipend. Internet bill paid for monthly. Expense account if you're client-facing / travel for work.

Health care premiums are paid for and the plan is excellent.

The health benefits and PTO are great here. The company fully covers your healthcare premium so its nothing out of pocket for employees. The insurance is really good too. I believe we have the highest coverage that united healthcare offers.
