How do you feel about going to work at Rubicon everyday?
Pleasant.
Pretty good. Its fun, challenging, and friendly. And if you dont feel like it, you can stay home and work from there (it might depend on the department though).
How much and how often do raises happen at Rubicon?
Once a year.

How secure do you feel at your job at Rubicon?
They are laying off aggressively right now.
At this point, not so sure to be honest.

Half a day to a full day.
What should I wear for an interview at Rubicon?
Business casual, no suit.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Rubicon?
I met/interviewed with 7 or 8 people, they got back to me in about a week or so.
How would you compare interviewing at Rubicon to other places you've interviewed?
Very friendly and not intimidating.
What questions do they ask during the interview process at Rubicon?
Depends on the position, right?
How's the work pace at Rubicon?
Not too intense, totally acceptable, hard working but relaxed.
What unique perks and benefits does Rubicon provide?
Very good and low cost insurance (even for your pet), good lunches and kitchen, a ton of discounts, etc. It is comparable to bigger tech companies like Google.
What's the office layout like at Rubicon?
Wide open. Really wide open. Its fun, and airy, a lot of light, good colors, and every one has decorated their area as they like it.
How much diversity is there among employees at Rubicon?
All races, religions and genders are there. Obviously you will see more white (overall) and male (engineering) due to bigger pool of candidates. But overall I was surprised how diverse it is. I am not white and not a American citizen.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Rubicon?
What is company's plan to win back its lost position in the industry.
How's the morale at Rubicon?
Very good despite company's challenging situation. I guess this question will become more relevant middle of 2018.
What's the interview process like at Rubicon?
For me it was an exam, and then two rounds of interview, each with at least 4 people. A few video interviews with people on other cities and countries.
What are your coworkers at Rubicon like?
So far all have been absolutely nice and helpful. Very diverse, from many backgrounds. Chill and relax people, while very focused on their work.
What's the office vibe like at Rubicon?
Chill and relax, open, happy, and very fun. Work is still very serious though.
What are you most excited about working at Rubicon?
This company is really amazing, fun, ton of smart people, and the best kitchen in the world. It provides an environment that you might end up wanting to spend more time in the company. Then its the benefits, its a really long list, but will satisfy any one.
What interview questions does Rubicon ask?
This is for a analytics position. Most of your knowledge will be assessed through a dataset take home exam. The rest are really cultural fit questions.
