What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and get work done but also take time out to give people the time and attention they need to develop professionally.
They seem to really care about everyone that works here and are transparent when it comes to financials and the overall vision of the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is fair and the benefits are remarkable. Fully paid healthcare for employees and their families is amazing. Annual bonuses also help boost salaries
100% paid healthcare premiums and deductible for myself and family premiums covered 100%. That's crazy these days!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares about each other and does their best to not only do good work and not disappoint each other. We also challenge each other with healthy debate to get to the right decision.
everyone is driven and comes in each day to do good work and support each other. We don't have a weak link and I trust everyone implicitly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The empathy and care we take with each other. We assume positive intent, always.
We operate under the assumption of 'positive intent'. Everyone here is doing their best work and making decisions with the best interest of our customers and each other in mind. When you start there it's easy to really love what you do and who you work with.

What did you like most about the interview process?
interacting with multiple people and doing a 'test' to get a better sense of the work I would do hear and how I would get it done.
We 'test' people in the final stage and give them a project of some type to work on and access to people here for help in preparing. It's a great way to try things on- the work you would do and the people you would interact with to make sure it's a good fit.
