Stop the special favors and run a business. Need more diversity in mid to upper level management
Promoting high potential employees / giving meaningful opportunities
Salary is not competitive in marketplace. That is main reason for high turnover rate.
All benefits have a caviat of terms and conditions on when and where
The culture is bad and rooted in old southern ways
I feel I am paid less doing the work that others do due to my younger age
Learn to engage with positivity
Better communication and less silo work
More collaboration and inclusiveness would help.
Need to do better rewarding those that get the work done and not the ones who say they did the work when they didn’t
