Communications. Employee relations. Show a genuine care for people that work there.

Trust, demonstrating company values, trusting others, rebuild the board

Setting a clear path for employees to grow within company. Listen to Employee feedback and implement suggestions. Understand that employees are people and need proper rest and motivation to complete the heavy workload thrown upon us.

Culture, change, communication, fairness, hiring and preserving expert talent.

Really observed employees before promoting them as management.

the onboarding was horrific. Made great improvements as an incoming manager, never got a lick of credit for it. Back stabbing culture. Lied in the job description about expectations. Baby boomers in the company stuck together and acted against new innovative talent
