Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid. They do PTO on a time served basis. You have to earn it as you go…. Regardless of how long you’ve worked there. They don’t match 401k and even cut salary for the average employee while executives make far too
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is excellent…. All of us are underpaid and bond based on tha
all work togeather for best of company
We work well together with no friction

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment is good no friction between co-works for with bosses. We have men and women, black and white an we all get a long well.We can talk over proublems and not have hurt feeling.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone is scared of being let go.
