Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and hours we have to put in every day, lack of back ups and sharing of workload, its nearly impossible to take a day off. Benefits are expensive, perks are nearly non-existant. The only true benefit is working from home.

To not be blamed for vendors unable to complete work
The payout per house is ridiculous, especially considering the amount of money made per inspection; the office team has no experience in the field yet knit-picks every inspection; the amount of money made per inspection should definitely be more.

Being able to Work at home
The work is individual and there is hardly any interaction with people aside from the home-owners. Work is completely independent and allows personal freedom.

Being able to work by myself and at my own pace; ability to set my own hours and make money based on my own skill set.
