Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To not be blamed for vendors unable to complete work
The payout per house is ridiculous, especially considering the amount of money made per inspection; the office team has no experience in the field yet knit-picks every inspection; the amount of money made per inspection should definitely be more.

Being able to Work at home
The work is individual and there is hardly any interaction with people aside from the home-owners. Work is completely independent and allows personal freedom.

Have employees be promoted via their qualifications, not friendships
Very stressful environment. Rules are always changing.
