What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've been working remotely since started so I'm not quite sure how the work environment is at the office but from what I can tell, I love the culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better hiring decisions based on people' health and abilities; not based on perceived risks and rewards
What did you like most about the interview process?
So the interview process was great. I only interviewed once with 3 team members, which I really liked because having back to back or several interviews can be lengthy and stressful for job seekers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When it's too easy and they want you RIGHT NOW and refuse to postpone a little bit your on boarding to accomodate you: there is a catch
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing because my body hurts. But 10 years ago I was fairly content.
Feeling appreciated and knowing that I'm not alone- management and team are always there if I need something.
