What do you like best about the leadership team?
Growth oriented, clear and focused on putting the right people in the right seats to unlock the big rocks and drive progress.
I feel we have too many overhead people in the company and we need to scale back to increase profit sharing

Opportunity to make an impact and be paid well for that impact. Paid for results.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because management at times doesn't understand or see how hard some groups are working and recent years profit sharing bonus was a mess and I don't feel like every was treated fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ready to help, ready to work hard and focused on the customers.

Interactive, flexible to work from home, work or the coffee shop. If you can connect to the internet, you are able to push forward.

Intelligent driven co-workers with positive attitudes towards each other and the company. Goals that are achievable, clear and common to all.
