Autonomy to work - trust that I will do my job and I trust my company will support that effort. Kind people who are great to be around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is key for any team and I think Salem does a great job of this. Managers hold people accountable in a positive way. Setting reasonable expectations and then inspecting what they expect.
