The people are great. Management is great. The mission is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work part time remote, part in the office. The flexibility is amazing and so apreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency is key... and they absolutely live the mission they talk about... there is no "do as I say and not as I do"... the leadership is awesome.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet a lot of people through the many interviews. Seemed a little like overkill at first, but I can see how keeping the culture is so important so just having the skills isn't enough.. you have to have th epersonality too.
