Comfortable conversations. It does take awhile but worth it

It was not complicated and required the adequate degree of interview steps and meetings with stakeholders and leaders. Communication throughout on expectations was great.

I got to meet a lot of people through the many interviews. Seemed a little like overkill at first, but I can see how keeping the culture is so important so just having the skills isn't enough.. you have to have th epersonality too.
