What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There was no sense of teamwork, respect, motivation, and a sense of honesty. Every man was for themselves, and it was suffocating to work alongside a two-faced team. All issues were either swept under the rug, or confronted behind your back.

Having said that Samsung's one of the largest tech company across the globe, it was a huge disappointment to see how toxic and unhealthy the work culture and their environment were. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It caught me by surprise to see someone with very little to no work ethic serve as a manager to our department, and outcast employees depending on their personal feelings. Not once was she able to show values of a role model and lead the team with passion & empathy, but rather- distrust & insecurity
