Always be motivated, care about everyone. Good coaching and positive thinking. Acknowledge the gap and give the opportunity to improve the gap. pressurized but achieve higher satisfaction

They let us really learn new things with trial by error. In the long run it is very helpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Things have seemed to become more about the "numbers" of the business. They don't actually care about the employees. A LOT of extreme micromanaging by certain supervisors. Would be nice if they seemed to actually care about us. High morale in the department will make employees want to work harder.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is comparable to other company's.
The retirement / 401k is 2nd to none.

Highly skilled and proficient at what we do, good group of folks to wok with.
Variety of backgrounds with most people having a lot of experience but also many new graduates.

Pretty flexible. Given a lot of leeway to do my work without too much supervision.

The people here tend more towards the negative side and it would be better if people were more optimistic.

Not a very overwhelming interview process. Most of the weeding out must have been done before that step.
