I will say it's one of the better companies I've worked for. Although one huge problem they have is letting HR complaints go ignored. A supervisor had multiple people go to HR on them, yet nothing was done. Instead they were promoted. Heard they were close to someone high up in the company... fishy.

My coworkers that I work alongside.

Not super long of an interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my actual coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k, benefits, and bonuses are the good things about the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cowrokers I work with. And sometimes the company will do like contests and giveaways and such. That's kinda cool.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Things have seemed to become more about the "numbers" of the business. They don't actually care about the employees. A LOT of extreme micromanaging by certain supervisors. Would be nice if they seemed to actually care about us. High morale in the department will make employees want to work harder.
