Fairness to older female employees

Fairness to older females. Young males are shown extreme favoritism in both treatment and wages.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Actual testing is required. This eliminates people hiring in who don't have the mental ability to perform the jobs.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Treatment of all women (older women especially) in salary and promotions needs to be equal to those of the young men.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Bullying is tolerated and even joined in on by middle management. Gossip has actually caused employees to leave or be forced to leave.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management at middle level at each facility needs to be totally redone. Young males are hired from outside as managers. Almost no promotion is done within.
