What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop working in an adversarial fashion in regards to the teachers. We're all on the same team.
Stop thinking about themselves and think more about the people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Teachers in other local districts make more money. Our pay doesn't keep up with the high cost of living in San Diego County, and the district is currently trying to stonewall the union in pay negotiations.

Communicate with each other about feelings
