Everyone helps and supports each other

Delivery issues bring the satisfaction score down. Paper has been late, nonexistent, replaced with random paper (Wall St Journal, USA Today etc), or in bag inadequate to keep out rain. Customer service says they'll deliver a new one but never does. Even after going through BBB, today I got a WSJ.

Reward high performers. Eliminate gender wage discrepancy. Offer more than 1% raises to union members.
