Having to cover additional classes. Can be improved by hiring more staff.

The whole culture has to change. Top brass has to be more open to the changes that are going on in our industry. When money is the bottom line and passing a student instead of helping them learn what they need to learn to work in the industry, it's a bad environment.

It sometimes feels that the company tends to care more about how much money it can squeeze out of students rather than the student experience and furthering their careers.

Employees need to feel valued by providing good working equipment and technology support. Response to needs should be handled quickly and follow-up should be timely to ensure employee's needs are being met. Good employees should be compensated accordingly and provided perks to want to stay.
