Better, more comprehensible training for faculty. Clear and defined roles and responsibilities in job descriptions that do not rely on the "other duties as needed" clause to justify individual expectations.

Training is terrible. There are employees who have been with the company for years and still don't understand their job. Training on new processes consists of powerpoint presentations that could've been sent in an email.
