I didnt get paid for my work!
For people that don’t miss days and work over when the shift needs them to with out complaints because it’s their livelihoods on the line I do not think it should only be the supervisors that get a bonus at the end of the year cause quite frankly they are not the ones that puts their llives on

When they are doing it all together
Fair pay for fair work
Getting my paycheck , seeing my supervisor, and coworkers

The company should re - evaluate the supervisor and the super attendant
Train the management to stop leading through fear and intimidation.
The machine are always breaking down
