the true value of Sanlam can be found in the strategic top management, acquisitions and expansions driven. In contrast the bottom level advisors are not promoted fairly and everyone in between are there...
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hold each other accountable. We are a team that is solution oriented.
We collaborate and share ideas freely. The spirit of holding each other accountable is also manifested.

The culture is great, yet we remain professional

Its not an interrogation, you feel comfortable and yet you wall away feeling you were heard

Being able to engage with people at all levels respectfully
