We hold each other accountable. We are a team that is solution oriented.
We collaborate and share ideas freely. The spirit of holding each other accountable is also manifested.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is great, yet we remain professional
The caring environment that we have with our co-workers
No fear victimisation for sharing ideas.

Its not an interrogation, you feel comfortable and yet you wall away feeling you were heard

Being able to engage with people at all levels respectfully
being able to make a difference in the lives of people that are many times overlooked or devalued because of where the live or their occupation.
