Mr. Brian P. Casey has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Sanmina Corporation since February 2010. Mr. Casey served as Vice President for Investor Relations at Arvinmeritor Inc., since June 2005. He was responsible for ArvinMeritor's global capital market and tax activities. He served as Treasurer of Visteon International Holdings, Inc. He served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Tax Officer of Visteon Corp. from February 1, 2006 to December 2008 and was responsible for all activities at Visteon related to treasury, tax and mergers and acquisitions. He served as Vice president and Treasurer of ArvinMeritor Inc., since July 2003. Before joining ArvinMeritor, he served as Vice President of Global Financial Systems at Lear Corporation. Prior to that, he served as Lear Corp.'s Assistant Treasurer from 2000 to 2003 and Treasury Director of Kellogg Company from June 1995 to June 2000. From 1983 to 1999, he held senior financial positions with Kellogg Co. and MCI Communications. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1977. Mr. Casey is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Business and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
