Immediate manager is great to work for.

Salary is beyond the market standards
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More recent employees have been paid higher than me, theres racial bias, and this place has notoriously low pay
Pay & supervisors attitude towards employees. Conflicting information & expectations by supervisors, telling employees they can go elsewhere if they are dissatisfied with the pay. A tremendous improvement if supervisors encouraged employees, helped them to strive for excellence, competitive salaries
Not paid to market value.

Willing to share knowledge. Very good chemistry
The people are fantastic to work with.
Generally, everyone helps each other and able to discuss issues in a respectful manner to arrive at a decision

As rotation is higher than any other company on the market, recruiting process has evolved becoming very effective

Supervisors and management truly appreciating their employees. Fair market salaries for work performed.
