New hired get pay more than my self with out any work experience and in top of that Inhave to training them.
More recent employees have been paid higher than me, theres racial bias, and this place has notoriously low pay
Pay & supervisors attitude towards employees. Conflicting information & expectations by supervisors, telling employees they can go elsewhere if they are dissatisfied with the pay. A tremendous improvement if supervisors encouraged employees, helped them to strive for excellence, competitive salaries
Not paid to market value.

By trying to learn how to do their jobs with more initiative.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Educated the lead, supervisor and some other in providing anger management classes or fire them for someone more respectfully and wlell educated.
Show respect to the personnel

Supervisors and management truly appreciating their employees. Fair market salaries for work performed.
