More recent employees have been paid higher than me, theres racial bias, and this place has notoriously low pay
Pay & supervisors attitude towards employees. Conflicting information & expectations by supervisors, telling employees they can go elsewhere if they are dissatisfied with the pay. A tremendous improvement if supervisors encouraged employees, helped them to strive for excellence, competitive salaries

Educated the lead, supervisor and some other in providing anger management classes or fire them for someone more respectfully and wlell educated.
