What do you like best about the leadership team?
They can be very Communicative.
Flexible hours and good training
They care about our vision and the employees to work together as one team in the end to make pure, safe and effective vaccines so no-one suffers or dieses from a vaccine preventable disease.

Team needs to get better at communicating
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything/considering the changes that occurred after Obama Care. My benefits/deductible choices where much better prior. My company has done its best to continue to provide good health care.

More better communication less meetings

My interviewers where easy to communicate with.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not lie in job descriptions most 2nd shift jobs are posted as 1st shift and you only get an interview if you referred by current employee
What makes you most happy at work?
Lunch is good good food free lunch
