What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good to have a nice team
The CEO of the parent company is excellent. Leadership of this subsidiary isn't as responsive to customer needs as I would like to see.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on upcoming technology instead of making monolithic solution
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is good. Annual bonus has targets but is subject to management's whims.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can work from home most of the time. We have excellent communication tools. The parent company has excellent support for global concerns such as environment and health.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Highly political and bureaucratic environment

Quality of the interview and behaviour of interviewer.
