Started out good, now going down the tubes. It's pretty sad when the CEO stands in front of the employees and complains that they only made $90M in 2019. They're making excuses to prepare to cut bonuses. We used to hit our annual goals, but since we got a new VP of Finance we never do anymore.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The production staff is excellent to work with.

Laid back and informal process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay was ahead of other employers until recently, but it is still on par with other employers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Degrees are golden here, even if it doesn't apply to your job. Can be called an Engineer without ever having any experience or education in the field of engineering or related field.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supervisors/Managers are under qualified and out of touch with reality. If you want to move up all you need is a degree in anything (cosmetology, archaeology, it doesn't have to be applicable to your job) and you need to be inducted into the Good Old Boys Network.
