What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop running for numbers! Taking our time and doing it right was once the rule of the day. No longer! Now its "faster faster faster! gotta watch that OEE" and the like. So sad.
Supervisors/Managers are under qualified and out of touch with reality. If you want to move up all you need is a degree in anything (cosmetology, archaeology, it doesn't have to be applicable to your job) and you need to be inducted into the Good Old Boys Network.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k profit sharing and health insurance
Profit sharing,401 match, dental and vision, discount at the YMCA,at&t, and some free lunches provided
The matching level in the compensation package is nice.
The pay was ahead of other employers until recently, but it is still on par with other employers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop the practice of taking money away from hard working employees. I'm sure they wouldn't take away or reduce their children's allowance. If we are all one big family, it shouldn't happen to their employees either.
What are some of the best things about your team?
mix of different level ands skills
We try to work together for the common good of our fellow employees and the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Degrees are golden here, even if it doesn't apply to your job. Can be called an Engineer without ever having any experience or education in the field of engineering or related field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
clear agreement between teams and very organized approach to work
The production staff is excellent to work with.

Fun events and community engagement
Getting to go home at the end. Only the pay keeps me coming back the next day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to train their supervisors in the art of appreciating the employees they are in charge of.
