- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop running for numbers! Taking our time and doing it right was once the rule of the day. No longer! Now its "faster faster faster! gotta watch that OEE" and the like. So sad.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Supervisors/Managers are under qualified and out of touch with reality. If you want to move up all you need is a degree in anything (cosmetology, archaeology, it doesn't have to be applicable to your job) and you need to be inducted into the Good Old Boys Network.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Degrees are golden here, even if it doesn't apply to your job. Can be called an Engineer without ever having any experience or education in the field of engineering or related field.
